Should Speed Tests Be Used to Teach Math Facts?
A major purpose of Teachers' Mentor is to provide links to web sites that can be used by younger children. However, I find many valuable resources which have a reading level or an organization that make them inappropriate for independent use by the younger students. If I think these sites could useful for the upper elementary grades, I will link to them here. Some of the sites could also be useful to primary students if an adult is available for reading help.
